Business stays in Twente
Working with colleagues on a project in the region, or looking for accommodation for a business group? At Landgoed ’t Borghuis in Losser, you can enquire about a holiday home or group accommodation to suit your plans. A kitchen, shared living space and Wi-Fi give your team a comfortable place to eat together and catch up after work.
Enquire about accommodation for your team

- Holiday homes and group accommodation for different group sizes
- Your own kitchen and shared living space
- Bedroom and bathroom layouts to suit your team
- A wooded setting near Losser and De Lutte
A practical base for colleagues and project teams
There is more to a business stay than the number of beds. Colleagues may each need their own bedroom, arrive on different days or join the group for only part of the stay. Tell us how you expect the visit to work. We can then consider the requested dates and the layouts of our houses to see what might suit your team.
A shared kitchen and living room make day-to-day arrangements straightforward. Have breakfast before leaving, cook together after work or talk through the following day. You can organise your daily routine within the house rules of the estate.
The right layout, not just enough beds
Our houses vary in size, number of bedrooms and bathroom facilities. For example, Het Landhuis has 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, while De Sterre has 16 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Let us know how many separate bedrooms you need and whether colleagues are happy to share rooms.
Would you prefer to use several houses? Please also tell us whether everyone needs to eat or meet together. This helps us consider sleeping arrangements separately from shared space. Explore the holiday homes and their layouts for an initial impression; we discuss the options for your business enquiry personally.

Weekday stays or a continuous stay
Please provide arrival and departure dates, including each working week if you need several weeks. Do colleagues sometimes go home at weekends? Alongside a continuous stay, we can look into Monday-to-Friday stays for each working week. Let us know whether staying with or without weekends would suit your team better.
Each working week is checked separately. Availability, any change of accommodation and the price are agreed in advance. You will receive a proposal for the requested dates first; an enquiry is not a booking.
Time outside the working day
The estate is set in green surroundings near Losser and De Lutte. A walk after work or a quiet break on the terrace offers a change of pace. Please respect the peaceful setting: quiet hours begin at 10 pm and outdoor music is not allowed.
If your main purpose is a training course or a team working session, let us know your programme and equipment requirements. You can also include breakfast or catering preferences in your enquiry. We discuss the options and costs separately.
What to include in your enquiry
- Your company name and a contact person
- Arrival and departure dates, for each working week if relevant
- Number of guests and the number of separate bedrooms required
- One house or several, and space needed for eating or meeting together
- Any meal or accessibility requirements
Discuss your dates and requirements or email info@borghuis.nl. We are happy to help you consider a stay that suits your team.
Frequently asked questions
Can each colleague have their own bedroom?
That depends on the accommodation, group size and dates. Tell us the number of separate bedrooms you need. Maximum guest capacity is not the same as the number of private bedrooms.
Can we stay from Monday to Friday only?
You can enquire about this alternative. We check each working week separately and agree availability, any accommodation changes and the price in advance.
Can you accommodate a longer business stay?
Tell us your preferred dates and the purpose of the stay. We look into the options and prepare a proposal based on the available accommodation and your plans.
Are breakfast, catering and meeting facilities included?
Tell us what you need. The proposal will specify which facilities and services are included and any additional costs.
